Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Jewelbox Malta's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

For custom design services:

• Design approval is required before production begins
• Custom pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
• Material price fluctuations may affect final pricing

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer secure shipping within Malta and internationally. Shipping terms include:

• All shipments are fully insured
• Signature confirmation required for high-value items
• International orders may be subject to customs duties
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition with all documentation
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
• Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt

8. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase
• Workmanship issues under normal wear
• Stone security (prong tightening) for 6 months

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
